HISTORIC RESTORATION ON BISCAYNE BAY
return to Interior Architecture and Design

The uncompromising restoration of this bungalow-styled house to its original condition involved removing all non-original structures, hiding all modern conveniences and systems, and returning all rebuilt structures to their original style and scale. Iron fencing was designed specifically for the project. The kitchen, although new, reflects the style of the house. The garden was replanted with native species, the boat basin completely restored, and the sea wall refaced with coral rock as per its original condition.
