Suzanne Martinson received her Bachelor of Architecture
    from the University of Miami and her Masters from Columbia University.
    She worked with architects Florence Knoll and Mark Hampton
 in Miami, and Kohn Pedersen Fox in New York. 
She has been the principal of her own firm since 1985. 
    
    Ms. Martinson has won five Awards of Excellence from the Florida
    Association of the American Institute of Architects and three National
    Design Awards from the Institute for Business Design. Her work has 
    appeared in numerous books and national and international journals.
    
    Ms. Martinson was the Project Architect for the nationally acclaimed
    South Miami Heights/Caribbean Elementary School Post-Hurricane
    Rebuilding Project that involved the planning of 86 acres for transitional
    and elderly housing, parks, a public square, and an elementary school.
    Her current projects include townhouses for Aqua on Allison Island, Miami Beach.
    
    In addition to her architecture and planning work, Ms. Martinson 
    designs furniture and accessories, and is a guest critic for university 
    departments of architecture.
